le cd room ne fonctionne pas pour mettre le pilote il me dis a chaque fois qu'il ne peux pas l'installer il me dit "failure" (échec de l'installation )j'ai essayé sur deux ordinateurs un windows 7 et un windows 10 pareil a chaque fois !! que faut il faire après j'ai installer le logiciel mais comme le pilote n'est pas installer le logiciel ne s'ouvre pas !!!

Everything works as it should 100% ... the disc is useless.. Windows10 installs the cable itself.. you have to search for the program on the Internet because the system does not allow you to install it from the disc.. full car diagnostics plus error deletion..

The installation does not work. There is a guide included. As soon as you press install you get an error. But processing doesn't look bad. Only if it would have worked.
