[Notes on Cleat Installation] Depending on the cleat manufacturer and shoe size, the cleat curve may not match the outsole curve. Forcing the cleat into place may damage the cleat or cause the cleat to flex, making it difficult to secure the cleat to the pedal. In such cases, please purchase a spacer to fill the gap between the outsole and the cleat and make adjustments accordingly. (Fizik does not provide spacers.)
[BOA Dial Warranty] The R3B ARIA's toe-side BOA dial has a special structure. If you experience any problems, please contact the retailer where you purchased the shoe. If you need a warranty replacement for the upper BOA dial, please file a warranty claim with BOA TECHNOLOGY JAPAN Co., Ltd. and obtain the replacement part, which you can then replace yourself.
