1. The softness of the throat may vary depending on the individual.

2. This product is handcrafted with 24K pure gold, each piece baked three times at 800℃. (During the crafting process, the brightness of the gold may slightly vary as the underlying color shows through.)

3. Due to the nature of gold, scratches may occur if cleaned with a rough scrubber. Please ensure to clean with a soft material.(Do not use a dishwasher)

4. Black spots on the surface are due to iron present in the ceramic base or glaze. Lines may appear at the border of the glaze, and some dents are not considered defects.

5. Ceramics are fired at high temperatures, causing the glaze to bubble. Small particles or bubbles protruding from the inside of a drinking glass may appear on the surface.

6. Since all products are 100% handmade, the shape and size of each item may vary slightly. Additionally, as most products are glazed using the dip-glazing method, variations in the glaze, such as flow, condensation, curling, clumping, etc., may occur.
