Soak green bean noodle and drain out. Mix with content of this packet. Place pork fat or chicken fat in a pot, follow with green bean noddle and fresh shrimp on top. Cover and place on a stove at low heat for 15-20 mins.
Recipe: Shrimp in Chinese Clay Pot
1. Soak 100 g. green bean noodle, drain and cut into shorter thread then mix well with contents of this packet.
2. Slice 100 g. back fat or chicken fat. Place at the bottom of Chinese clay pot. Alternatively. pour 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
3. Place green bean noodle on top of the fat, followed by 300 g. fresh shrimp.
4. Cover and place on stove-top at low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Suggested Used : This seasoning can be used with any seafoods.
