How to Use: Recommended as the first step in your morning skincare routine. Soak a cotton pad with the Dark Spot Vitamin C Toner and sweep it over your face and neck.
Ingredients: Purified water, propanediol, 1,2-hexanediol, glycerin, polyglyceryl-10 laurate, betaine, ethylhexylglycerin, sodium citrate, disodium EDTA, niacinamide, ascorbyl glucoside, ascorbic acid, Houttuynia cordata extract, squalane, butylene glycol.
