Usage instructions
Apply generously to all exposed areas of skin at least 15–30 minutes before sun exposure.
Reapply every 2 hours during prolonged outdoor activity and immediately after heavy sweating, towel‑drying, or swimming.
Use a sufficient amount to ensure coverage (for the face, about a nickel‑sized amount) and spread evenly over face, neck, ears, and hands.
Combine with protective clothing, hat, and shade for best protection during training or outdoor duty.
