Thin cable with transparent coating. Locks are twisted well. It will not fasten on a thick neck. But on the hand it can be twisted in 2 turns. I am satisfied with the quality.

44 cm in diameter, not 46, it is difficult to screw the fastener. I'm taking off 2 stars.
