Precautions

or if you have diarrhea.
If diarrhea persists for more than 48 hours in adults and children 6 years of age and older,

Usage: Each capsule contains:
10 billion CFU of Plantarum (299V)
Directions:
Adult Dosage: 1 capsule daily, or
