Rest assured, all our bath flakes are naturally scented with therapeutic-grade essential oils. Zechstein Magnesium: Pure magnesium flakes sourced directly from the ancient Zechstein seabed. Magnesium is a calming mineral that helps relax both body and mind. OptiMSM® methylsulfonylmethane is an organic sulfur-containing compound that maximizes exercise performance and aids post-workout recovery. Eucalyptus Leaf: Enhances ceramide production, which helps retain moisture in the skin's outer layer. Blue Tangyll Flower: Tiny flowers with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties soothe irritated skin. The gentle forest scent of pine needles is a natural antibacterial ingredient that helps soften and smooth skin and soothe the senses. Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant that strengthens the skin barrier and provides moisture.
How to Use: Soak 1 cup of Optimum Magnesium Flakes in a warm bath for at least 30 minutes. Use lukewarm water, not too hot, as it helps the magnesium absorb into the skin.
