How to Use: The Jumbo Eye Pencil can be used three ways: as an eyeliner (shape the tip and outline your lash line), as an eyeshadow (color your entire eyelid with the creamy crayon), or as an eyeshadow primer. When using as a primer, we recommend applying your desired eyeshadow to your eyelids, blending it with an eyeshadow brush like a microblending brush, and finishing with your favorite powder eyeshadow (see the best color palette).
