Product Description: PETA-certified and cruelty-free; Vegan Moira Lucent Shadow offers a flexible, soft cream-gel formula with rich, silky pigments. Apply the cream shadow evenly with a brush, or use your fingertips for a dazzling finish. Layer it for a soft, subtle look or a bold, smoky look.

How to Use: Apply the Moira Eyeshadow Primer to your lid. Apply the shadow with a flat, dense brush for optimal color payoff, then blend with a fluffier brush. Use a small, angled brush to trace the eye contour.
