LSPI (Low Speed Pre-Ignition) compatible. This is a modern version of HKS' best-selling "HKS SUPER OIL" series. It incorporates additives to prevent LSPI (Low Speed Pre-Ignition), a problem that has become a major concern in the automotive industry in downsized turbo engines. While LSPI is generally more likely to occur with downsized turbo engines and low viscosity oils, it can also occur with high viscosity oils in tuned, high-compression, high-boost direct-injection turbo engines, due to the harsh combustion conditions. The new "HKS SUPER Racing" engine oil is the world's first high-viscosity, LSPI-compatible engine oil.
