It provides 2,000 IU of vitamin D3 and 1,100 mg of omega-3s, including the all-important omega-3s EPA and DHA, per teaspoon. To maximize freshness, Super D Omega-3® is carefully controlled from ocean to store. We source the highest quality deep-sea, low-temperature fish using traditional, sustainable methods. Our fish is transported to our highly regulated Norwegian facility where it is processed and refined. Packaged fish oil is bottled with a small amount of Vitamin E and is supplied with nitrogen gas to remove oxygen and prevent oxidation.
