*Please note* If the forward and reverse directions are reversed, this is not a manufacturing defect. Please check the following as they are likely to resolve the issue. ■ Change the motor polarity. ■ Select "Reverse" from the "Basic Menu" of the RC8x transmitter, and change the assigned channel (the trigger is usually set to Ch2) from "N" to "R". (N=normal, R=reverse) ■ Check and change the setting value for Ch2 from "Basic Menu" → "Channel Limiter".
Since there are multiple touch switches on the wheel, you may hear a rattling sound when shaking the product. Please note that in order to pursue zero defects, we have carried out 100% inspections at the factory before receiving and shipping, but since it is a long-distance international shipment, there may be scratches on the small box, and the product will be opened in Japan for inspection or replacement. This product is not a toy. Batteries are sold separately, and are compatible with 8 AA batteries, recyclable 2s-4s Li-ion batteries, 6s Ni-MH batteries, and Type C (input voltage 5V). Please remove the batteries before using Type C to prevent over-discharge. Battery box size: 92*52*14.5mm, please check the batteries before purchasing.
