Item: Pico Cocotte Round 22cm, Color: Cherry/Red, Size: Diameter: 22cm / Width (including handle): 28.5cm / Depth: Approx. 10cm / Height (including lid): 15cm, Capacity: 2.6L, Material: Enamel
Can be used with gas, electric, electric heaters, induction cookers, and ovens. Cannot be used in the microwave. It is important to heat enamel products gradually. Adjust the heat to medium until the pot warms up, then reduce the heat to low during cooking.
[Self-Basting System] A unique cooking method created by the "Pico" (round protrusion) attached to the inside of the lid. The flavor-laden steam that comes out of the ingredients travels through the pico, turns into water droplets, and evenly falls on the ingredients and spreads around. This will be repeated during cooking. This makes the meat and vegetables moist, juicy, and delicious. Because of this circulation cycle, food can be cooked with a minimum amount of water and achieves authentic taste.
[Black matte enamel processing] Both the inside and outside are made of enamel, and Staub's unique black matte enamel processing has been applied to the surface. The oil particles blend into the cast iron and prevent food from sticking.
Because it is handmade, there may be some unevenness, small holes caused by air bubbles called spots or pinholes, unevenness on the surface, or differences in color, but this will not cause any problems in use. Specifications may change without notice. The color may differ slightly from the actual product due to lighting and computer settings.
Gifts not allowed. Can only be bundled with products handled by our store.
