DIRECTIONS:
1. 40 GRAMS ABOUT 1 SCOOP PLATINUM HYDROWHEY POWDER.
2. 10-12 FL OZ COLD WATER, MILK OR OTHER BEVERAGE.
3. 30 SECONDS STIR, SHAKE OR BLEND UNTIL DISSOLVED.
