It also participates in the metabolism of serotonin and gamma-aminobutyric acid.
Optimizes brain functions, including cognitive activity that improves mental processes. Thiamine as a coenzyme is involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids. Vitamin coenzyme (cocarboxylase) fights the so-called "fatigue toxins" - lactic and pyruvic acids, which cause acidosis.
It neutralizes the negative effect of the products of carbohydrate metabolism and turns them into glucose, which nourishes brain cells. That is why thiamine is called the vitamin of "optimism", because it improves mood and removes depression.
Application:
