Convert 0-200 Hz frequency pulse signal to 0-10V analog voltage signal.
It can be used for the interface conversion between PLC and inverter, or the interface between motion control card and inverter and other matching control occasions.
Can input 5V 12V 24V input pulse level directly, without string resistance.
However, the input signal frequency should be maintained for more than 0.5 seconds, and the output current should be 5mA. The on-board multi-turn potentiometer is used for the calibration correspondence between frequency and voltage. The optical isolator is used to ensure the anti-interference ability of the signal input.
The input power supply voltage range is 12-30 VDC. The recommended power supply voltage is 15-24 VDC. At 12V level, the power supply cannot use 12VDC power supply, at least 15 VDC power supply. If you must use 12V power supply, you can also customize a 12VDC power converter.
When it is at the 24V level, the power supply needs to use a 24VDC power supply.
Note: When used with PLC, NPN type is supported. There must be a grounding wire. If you need to use an encoder, you need to make the encoder run at a constant speed for more than 0.5 seconds. The response time of the frequency and voltage conversion module is about 0.3-0.5 seconds. If the signal input is turbine , etc., due to the signal matching, a 817 diaphragm and a resistor must be added to match the flowmeter to make it work properly. If there is a deviation in the corresponding relationship during use, you can adjust the blue potentiometer on the board for calibration. When leaving the factory, we have adjusted the F/V potentiometer to a certain corresponding relationship. It is generally not recommended to make adjustments by yourself.
