All of the material's seam is highly bonded by high-band soldering, and all of the seams in material are fully sealed out of sea water, water, oil, mud/sand/dust/dust.
It's safe because it will pop even if you put it in the water. (It may not pop due to the weight of what is inside, and if there is not enough air in the case, it may not pop up, so please check before.)
