The patented Hyalorepair® complex or acetylated hyaluronic acid is a new modified form of the good old hyaluronic acid, to which a hydrophobic (fatty) tail, due to which the molecule is integrated into the stratum corneum without obstacles (it’s just that hyaluronic acid penetrates through it with difficulty, since it is essentially water-soluble, and the cells of the stratum corneum are firmly glued together with fats). This form of hyaluronic acid not only provides pronounced moisturizing
