Instead of the seven rear grips, like every time I've bought it, it only has five, leaving a space through which the hair comes out. In addition, the clamp is larger in size so aesthetically it does not look as good. It is evident that they have not sent what appears in their advertising without it resembling what is in the photographs and that, since there is a great distance between the edge and the clamp, it does not fulfill its function. Please tell me how I can change it for the one you advertise or how I can return it at no cost since the error is not mine but yours (I have bought the same item many times and I have never had any problem).
